Masthead/Disclaimer

For almost two years, the neighbourhood around Conkie & Company's offices on Mainland Street in Vancouver's Yaletown has been under perpetual upheaval due to construction of the Canada Line's Yaletown-Roundhouse Station. We are just now beginning to see a little light at the end of the tunnel – the hole on Davie Street is almost covered and Mainland Street is finally opened. In anticipation of the completion date of November 2009, we are beginning to visualize things returning to normal again ... this artist's rendering of the view looking east across Davie to Mainland Street is an inspiration.
